Do I need to monitor my heart rate when exercising when trying to get pregnant?

Diet & Fertility: Separating Myth from Fact to get pregnant faster naturally

It's an outdated myth that pregnant women shouldn't raise their heart rates above 140 beats per minute. Experts recommend you do the "talk test" to determine the intensity of a workout.
